At Touring Kayaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
